This course includes CPR and is top tier when it comes to being equipped with the skills to help others and save a life. Come in and complete the course face to face and experience an interactive and supportive environment like no other. You also don’t have to worry about completing online or out of class requirements!

All First Aid Procedures are taught in line with guidelines provided by the Australian Resuscitation Council, Safe Work Australia, Australian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy (ASCIA) and other national peak clinical bodies. 

This course is open to all members of the public regardless of prior knowledge or experience.

Provide  First Aid covers you for all eventualities and expands your training beyond common conditions to some of the more advanced. In summary, this course prepares you with the skills and knowledge required to respond effectively in a medical emergency.

Course requirements
GIE First Aid Courses can only accept and issue nationally accredited units of competency to learners who are:

Same Day Certificate

When you have successfully completed First Aid Courses HLTAID011 knowledge and performance evidence criteria, you will be awarded the following units of competency.

It is recommended that HLTAID011 Provide First Aid is updated every three years to remain valid and HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation is updated every 12 months.

Complete your course in 8 hours

Complete the course in a day, starting at 9 am and finishing at 4 pm in a single session to have you successfully complete all work.

The day will include:

Complete the course face-to-face, and be assured that you are being supervised by a professional and passionate, highly-experienced first aid trainer who can support and guide you through the course.

Please note that a pre-reading is required before attending the course and the time it takes to complete this will vary depending on your prior knowledge, experience and skills.
